Right of withdrawal

If you took out a subscription remotely on OneTCG (Premium or Pro seller), you have a right of withdrawal. This page explains that right and lets you exercise it online.

Stop automatic renewal

You can stop your subscription renewal yourself, in a few clicks, without waiting for a withdrawal request to be reviewed. Access already paid for stays open until the end of the current period.

Your right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of your subscription contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, simply declare your withdrawal online using the form below. You will immediately receive a time-stamped acknowledgement by email, which serves as proof of the date of your request.

Exception for digital services performed immediately

Important: when the supply of a digital service has started immediately after your payment, with your prior express consent and your express waiver of the right of withdrawal, you can no longer exercise that right once the service has been fully performed.

In practice, a OneTCG subscription gives access to digital features as soon as payment is made. If you expressly waived your right of withdrawal at the time of subscription, the amount still owed or refundable may be adjusted based on the service already provided.
