Sources and attributions

1. Preamble

ONE TCG is an independent, unofficial trading card collection management tool. This page lists:

• the trademarks and works referenced by the Platform, along with their rights holders;
• the third-party databases used to populate the card catalogue;
• the technical providers used to operate the Service;
• the procedure for reporting an infringement of intellectual property rights.

This page supplements the Intellectual Property section of the terms of use.

2. Trademarks and rights holders

ONE TCG is neither published, sponsored, nor affiliated with the entities listed below. All trademarks, logos, illustrations, card names, set names, rules text, and other related works remain their exclusive property.

• Pokémon — trademarks and works owned by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and distributed by The Pokémon Company International, Inc.
• Magic: The Gathering — trademarks and works owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc.
• Yu-Gi-Oh! — trademarks and works owned by Konami Digital Entertainment.
• One Piece Card Game — trademarks and works owned by Bandai Co., Ltd. and Shueisha, Inc.
• Star Wars: Unlimited — trademarks and works owned by Lucasfilm Ltd. and published by Fantasy Flight Games / Asmodee.

3. Data sources

The card catalogue (names, texts, sets, legalities, indicative prices, images) is built from the following public and community databases. Each source has its own terms of use, which you agree to comply with when exporting data via the export features.

None of these sources are themselves affiliated with the official publishers of the games concerned. ONE TCG claims no rights over the imported data and does not supersede the licences applicable to the source databases.

4. Third-party technical services

The Platform relies on the following technical providers, acting as data processors within the meaning of the GDPR:

• Supabase (United States / EU) — database hosting (PostgreSQL), authentication, file storage, real-time functions.
• Vercel (United States) — application hosting and distribution.
• Stripe (United States / Ireland) — payment processing for Premium and Pro Seller subscriptions. No banking data passes through ONE TCG's servers.
• Voyage AI (United States) — vector embedding computation for RAG, semantic search and similar-deck features.
• Anthropic, Inc. (United States) — language model provider used for AI deck analysis and card photo recognition (see ToU §10).
• Resend (United States) — delivery of transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, account notifications).
• Sentry (United States) — application error and performance monitoring (configured to collect no personal data by default).

Details of how personal data is processed by these providers are described in the privacy policy.

5. Takedown procedure for rights holders

Any rights holder (or their duly authorised representative) who believes that content accessible on the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights may send us a takedown request at dmca@onetcg.app.

To be admissible, the request must include:

• the full identity of the rights holder and, where applicable, the authorisation;
• a precise description of the works or trademarks concerned;
• the URL or exact identifier of the content targeted on the Platform;
• the legal basis invoked (title of ownership, copyright, trademark);
• a good-faith declaration attesting that the reported use is not authorised and that the information provided is accurate.

Any admissible and sufficiently detailed request will result in the removal of the targeted content within a maximum of seven (7) business days. Requests that are manifestly abusive or insufficiently detailed may be rejected or processed within an extended timeframe. This procedure is without prejudice to any subsequent counter-notice procedure by the user who published the content, where applicable.
